    Best Tub and Shower Faucet

    Jul 01, 2026        By admin

This is one step up from the SR Sun Rise you’ll see below, as here you have a handheld showerhead at your disposal, too. All parts have stylish chrome finishes that easily match most personal tastes. You’ll love how the unique air pressurization technology enhances the pressure, but this even saves you some water. The system pushes air through along with water and even with low pressure plumbing you can enjoy 100% pressure. You can have a luxurious shower experience no matter the design of your home’s infrastructure. Yes, you can install this yourself, even if you only have basic DIY skills and tools. It’s every convenient that the connector is compatible with almost any pipe you may have. You can install the hand shower holder in any place based on your height and habits, so you can make sure you won’t accidentally bump against it. The 71” shower hose is quite long, enough to reach wherever you need it to. Just note that the connecting nuts are made of plastic and quite short which some users prefer to replace with metal ones. The mixer control is clearly labeled which makes usage easy. The different functions also require only a quick twist of the knob. This set includes a faucet, so you have everything you need whether you’re only remodeling a shower unit or an entire bathroom. If you have any trepidations, a lifetime guarantee on this set is enough to place it high on our list.

    Best Round Shower Head

    Jul 01, 2026        By admin

Here we have one of the very few round-shaped shower heads on our list. However, it doesn’t disappoint as it’s large 12” design is enough to produce a very realistic rain shower effect. A huge concern for shoppers is the longevity of these kits. If you install components behind walls and tiles, you don’t want to open it up again in a few months’ time because you need to replace parts or the entire set. With this one you don’t have to fear. You can open and close the ceramic cartridge set up to 500 000 times before any malfunctioning may occur. The brand also carries out extensive testing to ensure you get quality parts. When it comes to installation it’s made easy thanks to standard US plumbing sizes used. However, we hope they improve the instruction manual at some stage. It’s one of the designs that allow you the freedom to position the handheld showerhead wherever you prefer it. You don’t want every arm movement to cause you to bump into it. The 59” shower hose isn’t the longest you’ll find on this list, but is ample for most shower layouts. The kit includes installation accessories, which means no additional expenses. The set looks stunning thanks to the polished chrome finish. This makes it shine, but also makes it last longer as it prevents corrosion. Another fact that adds aesthetic value is that very few of the parts are visible; most of them, except for shower heads and controls, are all covered. Great for small spaces and minimalists.

    Budget Pick

    Jul 01, 2026        By admin

If you’re shopping on a budget, this is probably the one you’ll pick, but that doesn’t mean you’re compromising. This is still an good upgrade as it looks striking and modern. The manufacturer focused on offering you a high quality, durable product. This can be seen in the many features that ensure longevity. It won’t corrode easily because of the brushed nickel finish and the solid brass body will serve you well for years. That’s why the 3 year leaking warranty is no surprise. The brand also makes it easy for everyone to install as the valve thread is suitable for both American and Canadian buildings. Aesthetics were also high on the brand’s list of priorities as this kit’s surfaces won’t show those irritating fingerprints we all hate. This is thanks to the smart Fingerprint Resistant design: an easy way to keep your bathroom looking exceptional with minimal maintenance. The 8” diameter shower head isn’t the largest you’ll find, but still big enough for a luxurious shower experience. Even in this there are maintenance benefits as the soft spray holes are easier to keep clean from lime buildup than traditional heads. This makes this budget buy a smart purchase if you live in an area with very hard water. You get an easy installation option too, making this an all-round winner, without breaking your budget.

HUSK Kitchens opens second showroom in Bristol's city centre

    Dec 23, 2025        By admin

British kitchen brand HUSK has opened its second Bristol showroom, showcasing the company’s commitment to affordable customisation, British manufacturing and low-impact design. Located on the historic Christmas Steps, in the heart of the city centre, the new space brings together traditional craft and contemporary design while championing local partnerships and sustainably sourced materials. Founded to bridge the gap between high-street affordability and high-end bespoke joinery, HUSK says it elevates accessible cabinetry from suppliers such as IKEA and Howdens with made-to-order doors, cover panels, worktops and hardware, offering clients a bespoke finish at a more achievable price point. “From day one, the goal was to make beautifully made kitchens more accessible,” said co-founder Dave Young. “Clients plan the layout with a mainstream supplier, then we craft the finishing elements that deliver the quality, detail and individuality of a bespoke kitchen.” The opening also marks a significant expansion of HUSK’s footprint in the city. The new site not only houses the showroom but also includes additional office and meeting spaces across the upper floors, creating a central hub for the design and operations teams. This growth complements HUSK’s existing workshop, located only a few miles away and where all joinery continues to be manufactured here in the UK. Visitors to the new space will find Shaker-style kitchen designs, timber doors made from locally sourced hardwoods alongside minimalist matt finishes, refined textures and bold hardware choices. A balance of contemporary design, gently grounded by classic references.  Collaboration plays an important role in the evolution of HUSK’s collections. In 2024, the brand partnered with Another Country, the award-winning British furniture brand celebrated for its pared-back aesthetic and commitment to natural materials. The collaboration is a refined, contemporary interpretation of HUSK’s classic V-Groove design, enriched with earthy tones and tactile, crafted detailing inspired by both studios’ West Country heritage. The resulting collection is also to be displayed in the new Bristol showroom.

Winners of the 24th Tile of Spain Awards from ASCER announced

    Dec 23, 2025        By admin

ASCER (The Spanish Ceramic Tile Manufacturers’ Association) has announced the winners of the 24th edition of the Tile of Spain Awards of Architecture and Interior Design. The latest edition includes new subcategories and acknowledges proposals ranging from modular homes to heritage restoration, as well as highly disruptive design spaces. The awards once again highlighted the versatility of Spanish ceramic tiles, featured in national and international projects. The panel of judges awarded a total of 5 prizes and 6 special mentions in the three categories. In the Architecture category, the top 2 prizes were awarded to Casa Marratxi by Casas inHAUS and Interventions in the Monastery of Santa María de Sijena by Pemán y Franco Arquitectos – Sebastián Arquitectos, whilst the Interior Design category top 2 prizes were awarded to Brickell Penthouse Miami by François Guglielmina – TOGU Miami Design and Boc Beach by Il Mio design. Within both categories, the judging panel also awarded several honourable mentions to projects. In the Interior Design category, the judges highlighted the neo-pop aesthetic of the Brickell Penthouse Miami project, inspired by an American urban style, as well as the degree of quality and sophistication achieved in this spectacular penthouse. Natural light is incorporated as an additional material, interacting with the large-format ceramic tiles whose mineral character amplifies the sense of luminosity in this space. A dynamic and elegant proposal in which ceramic tiles occupy a consolidated central role. Winner of the Interior Design Subcategory Ib, the judges appreciated the creative approach of the Boc Beach project, pictured, together with the bold use of colours and textured ceramic tiles. The magnificent mix of formats adds character and coherence, dynamically integrating the interior and exterior spaces. Its strength lies in an excessive expressiveness – with a definite influence of 1960s rock ‘n roll – with ceramic tiles taking a leading role, combined with a forceful use of colour.

    Insufficient Counter Space

    Dec 23, 2025        By admin

‘One of the biggest faux pas I see is not having enough empty space on the counter,’ notes Elizabeth Vergara, CEO and Founder of Vergara Homes. ‘When you’re going in with your purse or any personal items you need, you want to have space to put them down.’ It’s an issue anytime, but it becomes especially glaring when you’re hosting overnight. Guests need room to set out toiletries without sending a soap dish or decorative object flying. ‘Some people overly decorate their bathroom counters, leaving very little room for the guest to actually use it,’ Elizabeth adds. The solution isn’t to discard your guest bathroom essentials entirely, but rather, invest in some smarter bathroom storage. ‘A simple tray or a set of small baskets keeps everything organized while still giving guests a clean surface to use.’

Hand towels are often overlooked, despite being one of the highest-use items in your bathroom. Between drying off your face post-cleanser or guests’ hands, the finest options are durable enough to withstand weekly dinner parties while drying quickly between courses. McGregor swears by the Brooklinen super plush hand towels. “The ultra-high pile feel quite luxurious without sacrificing on absorption,” she says. ”Even when my home is packed with friends and family, I never find it damp or drenched.” For a more versatile option, Cultiver’s kitchen towel can transition seamlessly from the countertops to your bathroom hooks with a heavyweight linen durability that doesn’t skip a beat, whether it’s drying dishes or hands.

    The Best Wall Hooks

    Nov 25, 2025        By admin

Keep your towels off the floor for good (and encourage your housemates to do the same) with wall hooks that are too striking to leave empty. Opt for a single hook if you live alone or are short on wall space, or an entire row of staggered sizes to fit your whole family’s belongings at once. We love wall hook options that double as decor, like the vibrant Eames Hang-It-All or the hand-sculpted, twisting shapes from SIN Ceramics.

Bathrooms rarely have enough storage, especially if you’re sharing the space with a partner or roommate. The right bathroom organizer, whether a freestanding cart or an in-shower shelving system, can set aside nooks and crannies for every component of your 12-step hair care routine. The Spot's modular design is eye candy in and of itself, but the extra storage accessories take its style over the top,” Baker says. ”I have the beige shower caddy with coordinating accessories in warm tones to match my sunset-inspired shower curtain. They’re all interchangeable and easy to move around to best fit toiletries like soaps and shampoos.”

    The Best Shower Curtains

    Nov 25, 2025        By admin

Whether you’re looking for a waterproof option that can function sans liner, or a breezy fabric that will make the utilitarian room feel more aesthetically pleasing, a shower curtain’s impact can’t be understated. After all, it’s the largest swath of color or pattern you’ll likely have in the room. The textile’s endless options can easily flit between decor styles, like the eclectic prints of Nickey Kehoe or the minimalist textures of Quince’s linen option. “I was hesitant about the aesthetics of a plastic shower curtain, but I actually love the fact that it’s transparent,” says commerce writer Julia Harrison of Quiet Town’s sun shower curtain. “It makes our teeny tiny bathroom feel bigger, and it lets in light so I don’t feel like I’m showering in a dark cave.”
